The Pastor, Kothapalli Simon Peter comes from a godly Christian family. Father K.V. JOSEPH served in Hyderabad as stores officer in PWD. Having the vision and the call of the Lord he pioneered the Gospel ministry in the hilly regions of Nagarjuna Sagar Project from 1955 and later in Srisailam Project. Both parents, expended their lives in the ministry at Nagarjuna Sagar, mother MARY died in 1961 and father Joseph in 1972. Their ministry produced, Pastors, Preachers and Evangelists. Having been baptized in 1957, he was active in his local Church aiding his father in Ministry. After completing his education, initially he served in Pharmaceutical field in the marketing Department. Later, on receiving his call to Full-time Ministry, he quit his lucrative job to take-up full-time Ministry. Before taking up full-time Ministry in India, he completed his theological studies in Temple University, in Tennessee, USA in 1974.
Mrs. Joy Manorama was born to Gudavalli John Wycliffe and Dorothy Wycliffe in a Pentecostal family in Vijayawada. She was married to Rev. Simon Peter in the year 1973. She founded the Christian Fellowship Church along with her husband Rev. Dr. K. Simon Peter and helped in building it up to what it is today. She loves working with the congregation and is actually the “livewire” of the Church and looks after the social welfare of all those in need. Mrs. Joy Manorama also has a Masters degree in social welfare and works tirelessly with the poor and needy. She has been a source of inspiration , support, help and courage to many over the years.
Having received the Lord in 1983 on completion of his studies, he secured a job in the Indo-Burma Petroleum in the marketing department in 1992 and served therein for 13 years. On receiving the Divine call to take-up full-time Pastoral Ministry, he joined Christian Fellowship Church in 2005 in the capacity of Associate and Youth Pastor His passion for Christ shows in his sermons, he spends a lot of time with the youth of the church offering them spiritual guidance trying to lead by example.
Mrs. Sheba Suresh is the second of her siblings and is born to K.J.Niconer and Lily Niconer and has been serving as the Associate pastoramma alongside her husband Pastor Suresh Manoharan. She received the Lord in the year 1996. She is very passionate toward serving the Lord and is seen as a role model by many, especially the youth. Mrs. Sheba Suresh encourages and advises young adults and women to grow in the LORD.
